Join me at The Clay Studio to make an oval willow shopper.

On the Saturday morning we will cover material preparation and selection. You will then start to weave the base of your basket around a pre-made Willow hoop. Each base weaver is then bent upwards forming the sides and you will then start to weave the main body of your basket.

On the Sunday you will continue to weave your basket to the desired height. Once achieved, it’s then time to create the border and make a twisted willow handle to complete your oval shopper basket.
