Join me at The South Downs Sauna to learn a variety of processes in the art of Rush basketry, whilst making your own Rush bowl or table platter to take home. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is suitable for you. Then enjoy a one-hour Finnish-style sauna experience with Simone and discover the simple, restorative ritual of heat and stillness. Light refreshments included.
